37th Spring Trophy in Lonato: 226 Drivers from Around the World, Tillotson Record, and Pre-Italian Championship Test

26/03/2026
LONATO DEL GARDA (BS) – South Garda Karting is gearing up for a high-stakes weekend of elite competition for the 37th Spring Trophy. This year’s event features 226 entrants from numerous nations and will be held as a single-round race for national categories, making every Sunday session a decisive step toward the title.

An International Field for the Italian Championship
The event has drawn an exceptional lineup, with 226 drivers from various countries ready to battle on the famous Brescia track. Many teams have chosen Lonato as a crucial testing ground to refine setups and test tire compounds ahead of the first round of the ACI Karting Italian Championship, scheduled to take place here from April 23rd to 26th. Consequently, this weekend’s competition stands as the most important official test to gauge international performance levels before the Italian season debut.

Tillotson T4: Second Round and Historic Record
The spotlight is also on the Tillotson T4 single-brand series, which arrives in Lonato for its second seasonal round. Expectations are high: with 39 drivers registered across two categories, the Spring Trophy officially sets a new record for participants in the series within Italy. This milestone confirms the growth of a format that successfully combines affordable costs with exciting performance, featuring its largest starting grid to date.

Weekend Schedule
The weekend is structured to allow for fine-tuning before the timed challenges:
