Lonato del Garda (Brescia, Italy). After the summer break, the pinnacle of karting is back at South Garda Karting of Lonato for an intense sporting programme to take place in October: 5, high level events will fill 5 different weekends with great racing action.
27th AUTUMN TROPHY – OCTOBER 1st AND 7-8
The first appointment is with the 27th Autumn Trophy, competition to be held on October 1st and on October 7-8. Subscriptions are now accepted.

The programme of the first round to be held on October 1st (one racing day only). Sunday October 1st: Free practice, Qualifying, Prefinals and Finals. All national categories will be admitted (Entry Level, 60 Mini, OK, OK-Junior, KZ2, KZ3 Junior, KZ3 Under, KZ3 Over and KZ4) as well as the historic karts 100cc that will contest the second round of the KFA season.
The programme of the closing round on October 7-8 will take place in two days. October 7th and 8th: free practice and Qualifying will be on Saturday, while Prefinal and Final will follow on Sunday. Alongside national categories, the race will also be open to Rok categories.
A total of 540 drivers took part in the two races of the Autumn Trophy of Lonato last year.
ROK CUP INTERNATIONAL FINAL – OCTOBER 11-14
The usual appointment with the Rok Cup International Final is set for Saturday October 14th. A total of 413 drivers coming from all over the world took part in edition 2016 of this event.
The race is part of the International CIK-FIA calendar and is open to Senior Rok, Super Rok and Shifter Rok, while categories Mini Rok and Junior Rok will be contesting the race that is a “national race open to foreign drivers”.
The programme: Wednesday October 11th: sporting scrutineering and non-official free practice; Thursday October 12th: free practice, qualifying, qualifying heats; Friday October 13th: qualifying heats; Saturday October 14th: Finals and Rok Party with prize ceremony.
DKM – GERMAN CHAMPIONSHIP – OCTOBER 20-22
The German Championship DKM lands to Italy at the South Garda Karting circuit for the first time ever. This is going to be a particularly important event for international karting, that will have the presence of the main international teams and the strongest drivers. The round of Lonato is the fifth and closing round and all classifications are still open. The categories on track are: KZ2, OK, OK-Junior and KZ2 Cup.
The programme: Friday October 20th free practice; Saturday October 21st qualifying and qualifying heats; Sunday October 22nd Race-1 and Race-2 for all categories.
46th TROFEO DELLE INDUSTRIE – OCTOBER 27-29
Lonato will host once again the oldest race in the world: the Trofeo delle Industrie. The race organized by Parma Motorsport reached edition 46 this year and will be open to categories KZ2, OK, OK-Junior, 60 Mini and X30 Senior.
Entry lists will open on October 2nd. Entry forms will be available at www.trofeodelleindustrie.it
The maximum number of drivers accepted is 54 for categories KZ2, OK-Junior and 60 Mini, while the cap for categories OK and X30 Senior is set to 34 entries.
The programme: Friday October 27th free practice; Saturday October 28th qualifying and qualifying heats; Sunday October 29th Second Chance Race, Prefinals and Finals.
