National categories, Easykart Italian Trophy and Rotax North Area are about to get on track for the third edition of the South Garda Karting Trophy.
Lonato del Garda (Brescia, Italy). The South Garda Karting Trophy features a great presence with 200 drivers partaking in the national race that is open to categories KZ2, 60 Mini, Entry Level, as well as in the Easykart Italian Trophy and Rotax Trophy, North Area.
The final late entries have boosted the participation in all categories that will get on track tomorrow for the third edition of the South Garda Karting Trophy. The powerful KZ2 category will also be present with some strong names, like the Austrian Christoph Hold (Maranello) and the Italian Cristopher Zani (BRM), last year winner of the Spring Trophy Manuel Cozzaglio (Birel) and the quick driver Lorenzo Lapina (CKR). A female driver will also be at the start in this category: Chiara Zorzi (Sodi).
National categories, including KZ2, 60 Mini and Entry level count 50 entered drivers, while a stunning 98 drivers will contest the third round of the Easykart Trophy. Among these, 32 kids aged between 6 and 8 will take part in the 50 Training. Further fifty drivers be at the start of the Rotax Trophy North Area.
On top of the classification of the Easykart Italian Trophy, Andrea Pirovano is leading the pack in 60 Easykart, Alessandro Gnecchi in 100 Easykart, Francesco Serafini in 125 Easykart, and Roberto Baroni in 125 Easykart Senior.
The classification of the Rotax Trophy, North Area, is currently led by Pietro Pons in Rotax Mini, Cristian Babbolin in Rotax Junior, Filippo Laghi in Rotax Max, Andrea Francesconi equal on points with Alessandro Fardin in Rotax DD2, Alessandro Tosi in Rotax DD2 Over, and Emilio Furlan in Rotax DD2 Gentleman.
The event will be available through live Streaming and Live Timing from racing.southgardakarting.it. The program will kick off with warm-up followed by qualifying, Prefinals (heats for Easykart) and Finals from local 15.50.
